Configured the devices, deployed these firewalls into panorama, and oversaw the upgrades of these devices after the deployment.• Designed a windows boot image for the company, which increased productivity and helped free up time for other tasks.• Spearheaded a new monitoring service to better serve the company’s customer base. Installed and configured PRTG from the ground up and created documentation to help with prospective sales.• Architected the company’s lab environment and spooled up a second network for testing purposes. Created switches, routers, firewalls, and endpoint solutions to help the technical team test out new configurations and firewall revisions, along with an F5 appliance for testing certificates and load balancing solutions.
