Main responsibilities:• Sales: Manage and develop Indonesia sales in order to achieve annual target. Focusing on key global account customers to gain more market share• Business Development: Take a market penetration in order to introduce our brand and products to Indonesia market, by participate in several exhibitions and heavy advertising also through intense market research and information• Customer Management: Locating potential key global account customers through market reasearch and information. Establish routine visit to customers to develop deeper business relationship. Providing good after sales service for customers' bigger satisfaction• Business Alignment: Communicate and reporting of Indoensia business activities with the regional and global office. Closer teamwork with marketing, techical and logistic teams in headquarter. Develop and implement annual and monthly objectives for reporting to CEO / BOD• Channel Management: As Head of Indonesia office, develop good relationship with key channel such as agencies, government, exhibition organizer, exhibition design and contractor, and many other important persons

Main responsibilities:• Transformer Engineering: Electrical calculation and design. Joined tender process by offering the best and most optimal transformer’s design and price to obtain the projects. Designed transformers as per customers’ specific and special requirements.• Research & Development: Developed and did research about new products, successfully organized and launched B&D Transformer Monitoring Unit.• Quality Control: Did lab test to check the specification for transformer’s protection in order to create company’s standard value.
