My passion lies in supporting learners on their educational journeys and empowering them to reach their full potential. I am a dedicated and student-centered education leader, with over 25 years of experience in international education including 18+ years in Central America (12+ years) and the South Pacific (10+ years). As an innovative and multi-lingual educator, I have a strong track record in developing strategies that enhance the learning experience. I believe in the power of change and continuously seek opportunities to improve educational practices. From online teaching and learning to research grant funding, I have explored various avenues to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment, including the use of the latest educational technology.Having lived long-term and worked in 12 countries, I understand the value of cultural diversity and global awareness in education.
