At Gooapps, we are achieving significant milestones by prioritizing user needs through thorough research. Insights gathered directly from users have guided substantial improvements in Surfland app functionality, leading to an eightfold increase in user numbers and a fivefold increase in active users. This approach has not only boosted user engagement but also facilitated strategic partnerships with Decathlon and the Turtl Project.In my role, I lead the product management efforts for Surfland. We use Agile methodology and AI to ensure the successful development of the product. I am responsible for the operational aspects of the product, from strategic planning to execution, and work closely with four key teams: marketing, UI/UX design, development, and data analysis.Additionally, I act as a business manager, influencing product strategy, finding valuable partnerships, and seeking investment opportunities, all with a strong focus on user experience and innovative digital solutions.

I founded and financed a startup where I led product management for the development and launch of Party Wave, an app designed to enhance the surfing experience. In this role, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of ideating, developing, and launching a product, mastering the complexities of strategic planning, execution, marketing, and results analysis. This hands-on experience allowed me to drive innovation, adapt to evolving market demands, and deliver a product that resonates with users and stands out in the market.

During my time at OUA, I played a key role in implementing the BIM methodology in the firm, working closely with the BIM Manager. My role encompassed both BIM coordination and architectural development for residential and office building projects.

At Batlle i Roig, I served as a BIM Architect, focusing on the development and management of the New Central Headquarters of Inditex in Arteixo, a 70,000m² office building with all necessary services for employees, including an auditorium. This project was awarded the 1st Prize Catalonia Construction 2019 for integrated project management.

I founded and managed a company specializing in architecture and furniture, where I identified a market need for a chair that transforms into a table. My responsibilities spanned the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch.This experience solidified my skills as a Product Manager, highlighting my ability to manage projects from ideation to delivery and emphasizing my sensitivity to user experience and design.
