PDM Indonesia (A subsidiary of Schweitzer Mauduit International) – Medan, IndonesiaManufacturer of Cigarette Paper – Number of users : 80 - 100 UsersPrincipal role and accountabilities : • Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Servers (Domain Controller, Database Server : SQL Server , Email Server : Exchange Server, Print Server, and Log Server), Backup : Symantec Backu Exec and System Recovery, and Firewall, Local and Wide Area Networks, and telecommunication infrastructure (PABX).• Managing the operation and development/improvement of Sage ACCPAC ERP 500, HRIS and others instrument related software.• Working with senior management and corporate IT team to propose, agree and deliver IT services to defined Service Level Agreements. • Developing, implementing, and administering security system and software license management within the business unit.• Developing basic security management and sustainable IT infrastructure.• Responsible for the IT Strategies, Planning, Budget and Spending.• To develop and maintain the backup and disaster recovery plan• To develop, control and impove the IT policies and procedures within the company to comply with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.• Responsible for IT hardware and software and maintenance procurement and delivery.
