Reporting to both the Warehouse Manager and General Manager, I assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations of one of the largest hardware trader in Malaysia, offering complete door-to-door delivery for B2B customers.

Led and managed a team which comprised of warehouse and distribution personnel in supporting outlets nationwide. A secondary team which I supervise is the product service technicians in offering maintenance and up-selling to existing customers.

Supervise a team in the coordination of incoming goods, including liaison with suppliers. Our team also manages outbound distribution of 9 brands to over 200 retail outlets nationwide. Project Manager in the set up of a new warehouse; managing areas of inventory management, security, safety, equipment, and design layout.

Managing the coordination of inbound and outbound distribution to 39 outlets nationwide, the team also works closely with the Merchandising department in ensuring smooth supply chain from manufacturer/principal to local retail outlets.

Liaison person for inbound and outbound warehouse goods, dealing with freight forwarders, transporters and branches of the Company’s retail outlets such as Guess?, Raoul, Gap, Banana Republic, La Senza, and Paint 8. Heavily involved in operations for day-to-day warehouse business activities for eg. Stock-takes, preparation for Warehouse Sales events, etc.

To secure accounts for sale, rental and maintenance of material handling equipments under the brand Linde.Managed accounts such as: Mydin Hypermarket, Eurochemo Malaysia, Thule Malaysia, etc.Maintained business accounts by engaging in good customer service practice and being a consultant for companies concerning heavy duty equipments, for eg. Forklifts, power pallet trucks, reach trucks, etc.
