As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), I responsible to:- Creating financial reports for each period, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Determining the selling prices of each package or product to achieve a high profit margin.- Managing finances and controlling expenses required for company needs.

Ganesha Business Management Festival (GBF) is an integrated ecosystem between individuals who shared similar intentions to bring mutualism for personal motives and the future business development of Indonesia.The "Sync The Green Mobius" theme for GBF 2024 intends to promote the establishment of businesses, startups, and MSMEs that prioritize sustainability integrated with human values (people) and environmental sustainability (planet), in addition to profit.As a director, I responsible to:- Overseeing and managing three competition divisions, namely the International Business Case Competition (IBCC) division, the International Youthpreneur Competition (IYC) division, and the pre-event division which includes sub-events such as Green Mobius Talk, Highschool Marketing Competition, and Grand Seminar Essay Competition.- Creating a detailed timeline, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the three divisions, covering from the beginning of the working period to the end of the period.- Collaborating with other divisions regarding social media content, media partners, and other aspects related to external event management.

- Manage and direct all Nuslice operations such as production, sales, and marketing in order to fulfill the company's objectives.- Come up with a strategy to reach company sales goals.- Responsible for all preparation and implementation.- Accommodate all staff members' aspirations.- Aid the sales team in direct sales.- Maintain effective corporate operations by communicating with other board members or the chief.
