Albert joined Xiaohongshu as the executive recruiter for the transaction business in 2022, he overall took responsibility for Merchant Operations, industries including Fashion, Living style, 3C, Sports & Outdoors, Food, and Beauty. He started to take over the hiring of durable consumer monetization in 2023, the departments including Durable Consumer, Auto, Internet, and Channel Management.Xiaohongshu e-commerce is the next journey of e-commerce industry development and the monetization of business is the fastest growing commercial platform in China.

Albert was promoted to Talent Acquisition Partner at the end of 2021. He is in charge of hiring projects for Platform Business, Operations, Strategy, Business Analysis, and all corporate functions in Mainland China. He is also responsible for Operations Team Hiring in Greater China, even APAC, owns a small team, and plays a people manager role.

Albert was promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in early 2021. He is currently responsible for the recruitment of all Airwallex supporting functions in China, such as Strategy, Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc. He assumes the responsibility of helping new employees in the department to quickly settle in, and he also undertakes part of the people management work.

Albert has been deeply involved in the construction of Airwallex's product team in China since 2020, and also supported the recruitment of different functions such as Strategy, Design, and Marketing, etc. With his efforts, Airwallex's Payment Acceptance product team in China was quickly established. He also participated in the construction of the European product team and the front-end development team in China.Albert began to take the role of intern mentor and trained a group of human resources interns in a one-to-one manner.Throughout 2020, Albert recruited more than 70 full-time employees and 100 interns and further updated Airwallex's headhunting vendor management system in China.

Albert joined Airwallex at the end of 2018 as a recruiter. He is the first employee in Airwallex China to focus on recruiting affairs.Albert is mainly responsible for full-time job recruitment in Finance, Operations, Legal, and other support departments. He is also responsible for the recruitment of all intern positions in China, Strategy campus recruit ment and assist to some HRBP affairs. At the same time, he presided over the establishment of Airwallex China's headhunting vendor management policy and regulations.Albert won the title of Best Employee in Q4 2019.

Albert joined the Lucas Group as a management trainee in 2016. Participated in the rotation of Consulting Business, Executive Search Business, Finance, Strategy, CEO's office, Business Development, HR, Admin, and other departments.
