Experienced Sr Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in oil & gas EPC/PMC Projects.Roles and responsibilities includes:*Planning and progress Project control system.*Project schedule decision-making.*Verify feasibility and criticality.*Interface and coordinate with other departments to build up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing the logic network.*Risk Management Plan for the Project Control Manager verification*Perform the schedule risk analysis for highly critical projects.*Ensure the effectiveness of the Planning and Progress Control System, monitoring the progress measurement system and ensuring the proper information flow, progress status and completion forecast are assessed and reported for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning phases.*Coordinating With site Inspection activities in welding, NDE Engineering and documentation control for Quality Assurance/Quality Control and guided for final dossier submission.
