Short description of the project: Project: INRED Full name: Intelligent system of effective analysis of diagnostic and repair work of industrial devices with the use of mobile units and advanced image analysis - INRED .The INRED system is to ensure the integration of developed, complex subsystems for intelligent monitoring and hazard detection, a quality control subsystem for repair and repair work as well as failure diagnosis, while also comprehensively processing and exchanging information between system modules. The proposed system includes solutions that can be classified into three groups of issues: 1. Intelligent diagnosis system, 2. Intelligent monitoring of threats and maps of dynamic locations, 3. Information processing and exchange system. The most important tasks to be carried out by the INRED system include: a. monitoring the vital functions of employees and providing information on the tasks performed in order to verify them and obtain remote instructional support; b. automatic detection of dangers and generation of a warning for an individual employee performing repair and diagnostic work, equipped with a designed individual diagnostic system. c. intelligent, integrated monitoring of possible hazards in the workplace and automatic detection of hazards for employees (eg presence of people in a dangerous zone, no protective helmet, appearance of fire fires, employee fall, etc.) d. comprehensive quality control of performed tasks and warning employees against threats thanks to the developed map of dynamic location and receiving current information on potential threats to employees e. automation of supervision over conducted works and quick response to events threatening life and health due to the integration of all elements of the system through the developed Knowledge Base Process Management platform.
