I founded a cybersecurity and bioinformatics consultancy, where we help design and deploy secure hybrid cloud environments, for clients primarily in the healthcare industry. We offer cybersecurity training and risk analyses, helping our clients stay secure and compliant with current legal policies. We are a Cloud Software Provider and enterprise hardware reseller, offering a complete suite of hardware, software and security products to businesses and consumers alike across the UK and EU.

I developed software for high-performance computing systems to allocate DNA sequence reads to recognised species names. SSuMMo could represent species (taxa) identified in multiple sequence datasets, with their abundances, as a phylogenetic tree. It has the unique ability of comparatively visualising relative taxon abundances in multiple population samples on a single image.This was used to quantify and compare species identified within human gut and anaerobic digester populations. Work continues to computationally model the functions of these populations.I also gained valuable HPLC experience, developing assays to characterise and quantify fatty acids released as a metabolite during microbial anaerobic digestion.

Overlooked and reviewed book-keeping of client accounts and created accounts files both for in-house and for dispatch to clients.Helped manage a new investment database, updating entries to synchronise live prices with stock-exchange servers.Learnt advanced book-keeping skills for all sorts of cash and investment transactions, practised on Troika, Alchemy & Microsoft Navision software.Worked with and maintained relationships with colleagues from nearly all tiers and teams. Left on good terms :)
