Current• Managing the Operation and Maintenance activities in STC Eastern Region of KSA including 80 branches and 120 sites for a 150 million SR project.• Responsible to Manage handling all the troubled work orders and unresolved problems to be closed within the SLA to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction and KPIs.• Responsible to manage all the Operation related issues this includes the following Aspects: Civil, EM, Core, Generators, landscape and housekeeping of all STC service outlets, Eastern Headquarters and Admin buildings.• Managing to solve all the critical problems may affect the Operation like Generator overhauling; Chiller and HVAC Spare Parts, Firefighting and Fire alarm systems, UPS system, service elevators and all the logistic and resources aspects.• Managing and controlling project resources, 16 accommodation locations including 2 camps and track expenses and oversee maintenance budget on a monthly basis.•Enforce company policies, procedures, and practices to the team, Monitoring staff attendance and performance levels including their monthly time sheets, responsible for work assignments/rotations, staff training ,vacations, overtime assignments and arranging back-up for absent employees ,on call activities, maintain safe transportation and tidy accommodations. Also managing team and individual performance and ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately.• Ensure all Manpower resources adhere to safety policies and procedures.• Reporting major showstopper to higher management and share the responsibility to find the solutions and recommendations.• Reporting Major achievement and the excellent KPIs in the region to the upper management regularly.• Handling all the vendor/Subcontractors invoices includes the PMR invoices and O&M invoices.
