Negotiated lease renewal and renovation of building, and spearheaded first ever financial aid program.• Designed a complete overhaul of website and database, and led a restructured engineering team to implement with technologies like AWS Amplify, S3 Image Hosting, and React.• Quadrupled programming to over 40 events per year and increased collaborations with partner organizations five-fold.

Campaigned to re-elect John Delaney as U.S. Representative. As field director, made over five thousand calls and canvased over 2,500 houses in Maryland’s sixth congressional district.
