Hello, I’m Thiago, nice to meet you! :)I am currently responsible for managing and leading the Agile development squad representing the Generative AI Practice at CI&T - working in collaboration with different teams, Growth Units, and Alliances to develop innovative solutions and drive the growth of our clients' businesses.I am pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at the University of São Paulo, hold a degree in Information Systems from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, and have a technical degree in Electronics from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Pernambuco.During my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work at large companies, in international teams, and I was responsible for managing digital projects for brands/companies such as: L'oreal, Nestlé (Purina, Molico, KitKat Chocolatory, Nutrición es Vida - Nestlé Health Science Spain, Nutrição até você); UHG (P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Amil); and Via Varejo (Casas Bahia, Extra, Ponto Frio), among others.I perform the roles of Squad Leader, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, and I also have professional experience in the Insurance, Telecommunications, Marketing, Consulting, Retail, E-commerce, and Omnichannel sectors.Furthermore, I also have a background in analysis and development (front and back-end) for web and mobile, supporting the squad in the end-to-end flow of the software development process, and I am always enhancing my knowledge in project management, process management, and digital transformation approaches.I intentionally work on initiatives to develop an inclusive, diverse, and accessible work environment in order to promote the importance of ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) and its values.I am an enthusiast of Agile Methodologies, Lean Digital Transformation and I have a passion for working with people, promoting and stimulating communication, and fostering interpersonal relationships within the team.
