Global product owner for AP's fleet of hydrogen Pressure Swing Adsorption units, including accountability for updates to design, supply chain, new product development and commissioning for Air Products gas supply plants and external customer plants that have an Air Products PSA unit.

Project Manager for Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) revamp and upgrade projects. I managed 40-50 small ($200,000-$5MM), quick (all project schedules less than 52 weeks), value-add projects for refining and chemicals customers including adsorbent/catalyst delivery, control valve specification and delivery, modular skid fabrication, pressure-swing vessels fabrication, and field and startup services.I helped drive product development by launching new cutting-edge PSA technology on existing PSA units running in the field, and develop customer relationships and work processes to support delivering these new products to drive revenue and margin growth.In addition, I was a major "fixer" for internal work processes, software and systems when things just make no sense, add delays and frustrations, or otherwise provide needless inefficiencies in our work place and world. I formulated and acted on plans to alleviate the frustration rather than allowing it to fester.I provided process engineering, mentoring and training to new engineers, drive sales with innovative technical designs and process schemes, and provide independent field startup services for Pressure Swing Adsorber (PSA) units, including programming and troubleshooting in RSLogix, Wonderware, Honeywell Experion/C300 systems, Siemens and Modicon/Unity systems.

-Equipment design for first commercial scale units for novel bioethanol production from steel-mill CO-containing off gasses utilizing LanzaTech patented bacteria.-Operations engineer supporting process development, equipment and operations troubleshooting and supervising a shift of four operators at LanzaTech's pilot facility in Soperton, GA. Reviewing and updating SOP's and leading the team to successful completion of shift goals and overall project goals.-Process engineering and operations supervision for new lab-to-demo scale up process to convert ethnanol to Jet Fuel.-PHA/HAZOP Facilitation for Pilot Plant Facility covered under PSM rules.-Internal technology specialist for gas treatment and relief valve design

-Lead Design Engineer supervising and advising a team of 8 process engineers. Approving technical designs, drawings, calculations and other documents. Assigning estimate and project work.-Process Design for Pressure Swing Adsorption units including estimate and proposal development, unit revamps, new unit construction, process simulation, sizing and selection of vessels, vessel internals, valves, piping and insulation, filters, silencers and relief systems.-Field Support for new and existing units including adsorbent loading and reloading, unit startups and control loop tuning and PSA unit troubleshooting.-Tool development, document quality control and training new engineers.
