As the Vice President of Oman Post for Mail, Retail, and Customer Experience, I am responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the organization. My focus is on developing and implementing commercial strategies that increase revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.I oversee international affairs and business, building relationships with foreign postal services, and expanding Oman Post's presence in global markets. The stamps and collectable team plays a critical role in cultural diplomacy, amongst other things, by issuing joint stamps with friendly nations, generating revenue while preserving Oman's rich heritage and cultural identity. Additionally, I oversee financial and government services, ensuring reliable and efficient services to customers. As the official spokesperson for Oman Post on Universal Postal Union related matters, I stay up-to-date with UPU regulations and policies and advocate for Oman Post's interests.Leading the operational side of retail and customer experience, I ensure that Oman Post's retail outlets operate efficiently by empowering a great team, who manage the supply chain, develop marketing strategies, and ensure excellent customer service.Empowering and supporting my team to achieve their full potential has led to our successful track record.
