I am Alejandro Alcántara Torres, a lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the legal and administrative fields. I hold a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Amparo. I have developed a distinguished career in executive roles within the public sector in Mexico, having served as the Director General of Federal Labor Inspection at the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, as well as a public servant at the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and the National Commission for the Defense and Protection of Financial Services Users. My experience extends to the legislative field, having been a parliamentary advisor in various legislatures of the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate of the Republic, the Constituent Assembly of Mexico City, and the Congress of the State of Michoacán de Ocampo.I have had the privilege of serving as a professor at prestigious educational institutions in Mexico, including the Universidad Latinoamericana, Universidad del Valle de México, Campus Querétaro, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe, and Universidad Anáhuac, Campus Sur. At these universities, I have taught courses in constitutional law, amparo, negotiable instruments and credit operations, commercial law, financial law, and computer law.I am seeking new opportunities to apply my knowledge and experience in roles that allow me to contribute to legal and regulatory development, preferably in remote work modalities, in-person roles in locations such as Querétaro, Guanajuato, and Mexico City, and through project-based collaborations.
