Project included system development, database set-up, panel recruitment, installation of monitoring equipment, supplier management, contract negotiation & client reporting. - Project & Relationship Management FrameworkPersonally established a focused project delivery framework within the organisation, introducing a senior decision making body, responsible for project prioritisation, risk & issue management and resource allocation across all business change initiatives.Likewise, I created and launched the Service Relationship Management team to enhance the agility of the Operations division in response to client needs and issues. - FMCG Panel – Data re-alignment (UK & IRE) A substantial data quality project to avoid a critical business risk. Major re-work of 5 years of data to new reporting periods. Change affecting entire dataset and all clients. Required explicit control and coordination, data quality management and a comprehensive client engagement plan.
