Support to Sapiens ERP, Payroll and Access Control; Mastersaf DW (tax solution) and the GKO (freight management system).• IT staff restructuring and renegotiation of key contracts with service providers seeking to readjust expenditures. This project achieved a reduction of R$ 9 Million / year in expenses, without losses in IT delivery capabilities as well without impacting the services quality and systems performance.• Value stream mapping (VSM) for the following process: Sales (order to cash) and Purchasing (purchase to pay).• Deployment of a BAM solution (Business Activity Monitoring) to improve the operational agility, anticipation of opportunities and threats. This new tool improved IT operations and helped us to ensure that SLAs were fulfilled to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.• Feasibility study for implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) and a new Sales Force Automation system (Gera SGI).
