Mr. Contreras is Mexico PE Water, Wastewater, Sanitation & Hygiene Independent Consultant. Mr. Contreras had directed, managed and developed, studies, design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of water and sewer systems, water and wastewater treatment plants and strategic infrastructure in Mexico, USA, and South America. Mr. Contreras has more than 30 years of Direction and management technical, administrative and financial professional experience as Director and Deputy Director at public, private and nonprofit organizations, executing, planning and designing professional services, carrying out the procurement, construction and consulting services; commissioning construction projects, operation & maintenance of systems, supervision and management of water, wastewater, reuse projects and WASH programs, using engineering and administration principles and practices.
