• Follow the inbound marketing methodology by writing and creating a variety of content including blogs, eBooks, emails, infographics, checklists, and guides. • Plan and execute search engine optimization campaigns to increase website traffic and email marketing campaigns to generate leads.• Generate a social media strategy to manage the company Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.• Update and maintain the company website. • Coordinate in-person marketing events such as tradeshows, client appreciation functions, and workshops, as well as execute company webinars both internally and by collaborating with local businesses.

· Order supplies for the entire library system while working on a strict budget· Greet patrons and answer questions about the library, job postings, room rentals, etc.· Daily clerical work, data entry, sorting, filing, and general support of Library Business Office staff

· Responsible for training newly hired baristas and running the store when the manager isunavailable· Ensure that each customer is provided the highest quality of service and always leaves the store ina better mood than when they arrived· Follow an intricate procedure that allows the store to run as smooth and efficient as possible· Display a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for both our patrons and my fellow coworkers

· Work with college faculty and staff to set up media equipment in classrooms and conference roomsaround campus· Troubleshoot problems with projectors/MICs/Speakers etc.· Work on both Mac and PC platforms to stay up to date on the latest processing systems
