Highly motivated with experience across the board. I've had past involvement in many different industries, such as Banking, Insurance, Marketing and Real estate which has allowed me to figure out my true passion. I am interested in People. How they think, and how they operate. Because of this, it has motivated me to seek a career which allows me to deal with people on a more regular basis. This would explain my current position in the Sales & Relationship management world which I have been in for over 3 years now. In my current position, I travel across the Bay of Plenty region to talk to orchardists, Farmers and those within the agricultural industry about their businesses. Since joining the mutual I have formed key partnerships with other rural professionals, business owners, and strategic alliance members such as Farmlands Co-Operative.
