Managing a team of three analysts covering Retail (physical - home & export markets), Digital and Direct-to-Consumer channels. Responsible for: - Data collection, verification and storage (EPOS data, invoicing, returns, costs etc.) - Database design, construction, development & maintenance (Microsoft Access/SQL) - Company reporting via Excel pivot tables.

Data collection, processing and reporting - monthly invoicing/returns data, weekly EPOS data, Nielsen Bookscan. Access databases created to combine various data sources, adding title and account metadata and driving Excel pivot reports/charts to inform business decisions and provide account reporting for the Sales Team. Reporting to the Analysis Manager.

Maternity cover contract - responsible for ensuring accurate order details supplied to Harper Collins Distribution within tight deadlines fortnightly, maintaining standing order files, processing ad-hoc supermarket chart orders and reporting KPI performance.
