I started Ed Napleton Oldsmobile as a salesperson in June of 1997. In 1998 I was the number #1 Salesperson in IL for New Oldsmobiles sold. I was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999 and took our store from 3rd to last in the area to number #2 in the state for New Vehicle Volume. Oldsmobile factory reps routinely asked for my help with assisting other GM stores with their ordering practices and sales process.
