● Manage, clean, reshape, merge, and transform monthly and yearly Hospitals Ina-CBGs claim data from 514 cities/districts in Indonesia which have contract with BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Administrator for Health) under JKN scheme (National Health Insurance) and around 1 million individual samples from Socio-Economic Survey by Indonesia Statistics. ● Analyze Hospitals Ina-CBGs claim longitudinal data from 514 cities/districts in Indonesia for year 2020-2022 using Geographically Weighted Regression model.● Generate theme maps for 514 cities/districts in Indonesia as result visualization from Geographically Weighted Regression model.● Incorporate a wide range of categories but not limited to 8 categories of variables into Geographically Weighted Regression model which are hospital referral, verification cost, severity level, socio demographic variables, number of patients, and all related variables along with cancer, kidney failure and heart diseases cases and utilization costs.● Managed, cleaned, reshaped, merged, and transformed Basic Health Research (2018) data from Ministry of Health, Indonesia with around 70,000 individual samples to obtain prevalence of depression.● Analyzed 70,000 individual samples from Basic Health Research (2018) data using Logistic Regression model with bivariate multivariate and multilevel methods.● Incorporated wide range of categories but not limited to 10 categories of variables into Principal Component Analysis. Indicators included in analysis are in-patient hospital horizontal referral, out-patient hospital horizontal referral, nosocomial infection, discharge by patient request, cost and patient discharge characteristics, readmission data, and additional indicators such as vertical referral between primary health center and hospital and between hospital, death as discharge status, elder patient program data and compliance score for 2022.
