As the Executive Director of ERMA Pte. Ltd., a leading risk management consultancy in Southeast Asia, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and business development of the company. I also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of CyberWhale, a digital platform that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors in the region. With over nine years of experience in business administration, entrepreneurship, and risk management, I have successfully led and delivered multiple projects for clients across various industries, such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, and education. I am also a qualified risk management professional and a lecturer at Trisakti University, where I teach courses on risk management and leadership. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan, where I studied on a full scholarship, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran in Indonesia. I am also a certified jazz pianist and fluent in English, Japanese, and Indonesian.
