Erajaya also engages in retail of Food and Nourishment (PARIS BAGUETTE), beauty and health (THE FACE SHOP & WELLINGS) and Sports (JD SPORTS).Experienced in manage supply chain activity from principle to customer also provide return forecast simulation to stakeholders. Furthermore, coordinate with principle for supply, logistic team, product management (PM), and sales operation to mantain supply network planning. Analyze sales and stock in warehouses and areas and make a decision to reach KPI and company goals. Ensure the promo meet the launching target (NPI) or regular item. My Experience also do Inventory management and make project to continous improvement in process and cost. In SCM division, I am familiar with several system and data app such as: ERP, SAP, Blueyonder, Tableau, ESB, to provide accurate data.

After Management Trainee Program during 6 months, I became Product Management Supervisor in PT. Erajaya Swasembada. This company is about telecommunication retail. My kind of responsibility is about to managing entire product line life cycle from Strategic Planning to Tactical Activities. Understand the market through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis. Develop the strategy and manage marketing program to drive demand for company's product.

Store Leader has some tasks, there are to monitoring and control productsupply process with FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO technique. Handling and make sure product same as the system vista inventory. Weekly routine stock opname product. Building relationship with vendor and store. Creating purchasing and request product list. Make sure all transaction with all crew has no issue.
