Job Description- Control plant process operation in schedule stable and safe Within standard quality specification base on S O P.- Start up and Shutdown base on Standart Operational Procedure- Discuss with Supervisor to analyze and solve problem Operation to make safe, stable, efficient operation- Check log book operational patrol, make shift report in Details, Daily unit chemical consumption report.- Lead executes or prepare for job maintenance, trouble Handling or regular operation.- Monitoring & Maintaining of Process Parameters- Co-ordinate with other department in normal & critical operation- Ensuring the safe Operation in the field- Emergency act during utility failure- Issuing authority for permit to work- Making daily report production and report it to supervisor. - Balancing storage by product gas ( COG, BFG, LDG) Utility - Booster and Holder repair or Inspection- Carbon Monoxide Gas Purge- Nitrogen, Oxygen and Argon storage and supply( Utility facility operation )- By product Gas ( COG, BFG, LDG) Utility- high pressure gas nitrogen, argon, oxygen and natural gas - Steam distribution- fresh water treatment and consuption- Cooling Water system- Desalination- Air Compressor and Instrument Air- Fire Water System
