Increasing degree of operational, administrative, creative, and collaborative acumen over tenure with regional and national leaders in the entertainment, events, and non-profit industries, with advanced proficiency in the vision-based development of innovative arts-focused and social impact events and productions on an international scale Key Accomplishments:• Responsible for the proactive oversight and coordination of over 600 public-facing Moth programs and events per year, including StorySLAMs, Mainstages, Showcases, and Global events, with an annual budget of over $3M. • Manages remote teams of 100+ independent contractors, and serves as contracting lead for 45 annual Mainstage touring events and 550+ StorySLAM open-mic events across the U.S., Australia, and England. • Spearheaded the transition from 600+ in-person events a year to a virtual equivalent, including adapting our open-mic storytelling series to a virtual format during the Covid-19 pandemic. Resulting in a greater reach of programming and enhanced engagement. Additionally, collaborated with Moth’s legal team to execute the relaunch of in-person programming in September 2021, including the management of COVID precautions and restrictions across 23 states as well as Australia and England. • Served as Lead Producer for The Moth’s Pop Up Porch Tour – a mobile storytelling project – which received the 2022 BizBash Award for Best Mobile Tour/Roadshow, engaging over 12,000 participants during it’s activation. • Founding team member of Hive Global, producing three-day leadership development events focused on social impact. Responsible for driving community engagement and growth strategy to expand Hive Global’s network from 700 to more than 1600 leaders spanning 110+ countries, a nearly 130% increase within a year• Developed and executed volunteer recruitment and education programming for Hive Global, that included training 120 volunteers over the course of six events, with 90% of participants reporting they would volunteer again
