Sample Preparation and Analysis - Mining (SPA-M) Labs.• Supporting Project Manager with Engineering/Technical side of the project.• Liasing with supplier and client to design and supply ISO3082 compliant automated SPA Labs. • Automated operation could range from crushing, drying, splitting, pulverising, and dosing, preparing for either manual or automated sample analysis process, including fire assay, XRF & XRD, TGA.• SPA lab design and drafting using predominantly Autodesk Vault, Inventor and AutoCAD.• Engineering Study and Detailed Engineering.• Utilities and Services List: Mainly consists of compressed air, dust extractor, network points and electrical loads.• Drawing Sample Flow Diagram and Process Flow Diagram.• Automation Sample Throughput Calculation.

Project: Diesel Fuel Farm at a Mine Site - Storage, Dispensing for Heavy Vehicle and Light Vehicle• Responsible for supplier tendering and procurement.• Following client's specification and other international standards on diesel handling facility.• Document control.• Electrical drafting.• P&ID and PFD drawings.• MDR Compilation and other QC documentation.• Site Installation and Engineering.

• CAD conforming drawings for variety of clients.• Drafting P&ID and PFD based on client's request and redlines.

• Assisting in on-going and new projects along with site-installation, and commissioning.• Mechanical and electrical components selection and procurement, such as bearings, motors, drivers, pneumatic cylinders and fittings.• Assisting in mechanical design using Autodesk Inventor. Includes 3D designing and 2D drawing ready for fabrication (weldments and sheet metal). Preparing drawings and models to suit lasercut and machining.• Assisting in control system development of PLC and HMI (Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys, Jmobile).• Programming robot routine to communicate/interface with PLC.• Assisting in soldering and wiring control circuits in small projects.• Assisting in servicing industrial handling and welding robots, such as Nachi, Cloos, OTC and other automated systems.• Organising and maintaining service schedule with existing clients, as well as organising spare parts if required.• Maintaining company’s website (mainly uses HTML), Facebook and LinkedIn profiles for updates and news.• Maintaining sale leads and looking for new prospective clients. • Creating company’s quotation on robotic systems for clients (welding, handling or painting system).

• Leading crew members comprising of front counter, drive-thru and kitchen hand to achieve optimum Speed of Service. • Training new employees effectively to increase the value of the company.

Working with a team of Mechanical Engineers in the company.• Metalwork using lathe, mill, and CNC router.• Wiring electrical and pneumatic lines as per the design from the supervisor.• Used Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor to design some parts.• Programmed Nachi robots (MZ07 and MZ12) for automated welding and pick & place tasks.• Assisted in the installation and assembly an automated conveyor system for a strawberry farm production line. • Assisted in servicing robots already used by clients, this include checking joint and motor bearings, changing the grease, and modifying the robot's routine if needed.

Working in a team environment:• Using SolidWorks to design parts for a new Escape Room in the company. The designs were manufactured using 3D printer and/or laser cutter. The parts are then integrated into the room using Arduino and Raspberry Pi as the main programming platform.• Mainly woodwork with some metalwork when necessary.
