Program Management Analyst for the Ford Fusion/Mondeo in charge of the Chief Program Engineer Decision Forum (CPE DF). I was the engineer in charge of organizing the DF, scheduling the meeting, determining the agenda as well as distributing the approvals and follow up steps. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, Product Development and finance I supported the program achieve the cost objectives and achieve a successful launch for the NA Ford Fusion 2017.

- Working in 2015 Edge, 2016 MKX, and 2015 China Edge.- Single point of contact for Vehicle Program(s); integrates Functional Engineering delivery with Program management delivery- Established compatibility and alignment on cost, weight, quality and timing targets- Managed the confirmation of design validation and production validation of the different chassis commodities. - Managed communication between the program management targets and concerns to the engineering team. - Lead the onsite launch support for prototypes in prototype plant and assembly plant for the new model launch ( 2015 Edge and 2016 MKX) . Lead issue resolution and engineering changes approvals.

- Program applied in 2015MY Expedition and 2015MY Navigator- Evaluated chassis systems for various attributes, including cost, weight, package, benchmarking, geometry creation & functional analysis.- Used CAE tools (MSC ADAMS Chassis) to perform simulated durability events to predict suspension travel and behavior under different conditions or scenarios helping achieve the best possible design and suspension tuning. - Lead weekly meetings with the assembly plant to help stabilize and improve the alignment data for the ongoing produced vehicle.

- Performed predesigns and quoting for the clients, decided the geometry, material and type of pump according to the client specific requirements. - Used and developed Microsoft Excel macros to automate the process of quoting.
