Support all Live Nation Concerts creative initiatives including touring creative, corporate needs, content, social, day-to-day creative, and leadership needs.A key player in re-shaping the voice of Live Nation, with content, design, and everything the consumer and artists sees.Responsible for building a Post Production team that supports all editorial video content with artist involvement and without.Responsible for building a design team that supports winning artist's business by strategizing and designing one-of-a-kind pitches.Strategize with the team to anticipate problems, analyze solutions, identify alternatives, and implement recommendations.Construct processes that streamline communication, revisions, and back and forth with clients.Manage vendors, creative agencies, and internal creative teams.Promote ambitious initiatives with a do more with less attitude. Lead Live Nations tentpole campaigns including Concert Week, Summers Live, Club Pass, and Lawn Pass. Selling over 2.5 million tickets over passing sales year to year.Manage department budget.Travel to locations as needed to direct shoots and manage client relationships.Be the Live Nation voice with artist management.Mentor, coach, develop and recruit creatives including designers, editors, and motion graphic designers to support a wide range of initiatives.Function as the lead in the conception, design, and creation of content for print, digital, social, and OOH.Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, both internally and externally.
