Recruited by a worldwide retaining firm, joined the HILTI group to direct and lead first Hilti organization in Peru. Promoted after 15 months to Hilti Caribe organization to assure the sustainable and profitable growth of those companies and develop people for future needs of the Latin-American region. Active participation in the development of regional strategies to be locally implemented; reporting to the President of HILTI Latin-America.
