This philosophy and Cundari's proprietary consumer insights have propelled his clients to achieve highly creative and effective communication programs. Cundari is one of Canada's largest independently owned and operated agencies, applying thought leadership to the building of business solutions for clients. A testament to great insights leading the way to great creativity, in 2012, Cundari Group placed 3rd in the Top 10 agencies in Canada, 2nd in the Top 10 Canadian campaigns from 2012 and 6th most awarded digital agencies worldwide. In 2006, Aldo became a Fellow of the Quantum Shift program at the Ivey Institute for Entrepreneurs. In 2008 and 2009, Ernst & Young selected as one of the Entrepreneurs of the Year. In 2010, Aldo Cundari was appointed to the Canadian Marketing Association board and then subsequently sat as CMA's Board chair from 2018 to 2020. In 2011, he served as Judging Chair of the C.M.A. Awards and co-chair of the C.M.A. 2012 Summit.
