Delivering time and cost-effective legal solutions to my clients is my passion.I am a lawyer with 25+ year experience bringing ideas, solutions and innovation to legal issues and challenges, with a multiple angle view:As a Lawyer, I have practiced private law in property, corporate, litigation and, early in my career, as a tax-lawyer. Practicing diverse areas offers a rich and robust perspective.For 5 years (2005-2009) I added management executive experience to my legal knowledge. I served as General Manager at the leading real estate company in Spain at the time, in charge of the business expansion to Germany, Portugal and Poland, together with the consolidation of activities in France. I learnt that legal solutions do only make sense when aligned with all the needs and stakeholders, and when they provide a tangible and measurable output: time, money and avoiding pitfalls.Making law understandable is the only way of making it usable and effective. I teach law to non-jurist: in-house formation to clients and lecturing law at hotel management college graduate students.I am also the co-founder of EXNOVO Performing Value (exnovo-rehs.com) and WeCheckers (wecheckers.com).
