I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive."I started my working life as an actor and worked in theatre, television, and film both in front of the curtain and behind the camera. I became fascinated with human performance and transitioned into consulting, joining JMW in 1995. I have 30 years of experience in bringing a breakthrough approach to major capital projects and leadership interventions in organisations and their culture. I have also run two businesses of my own—an import wholesale business and a cafe retail restaurant.I am fortunate to have worked with clients around the globe in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology.One of the many things I love about what I do is that no two days are the same. I might be travelling, leading a workshop, or coaching one week, and the next I’m designing an engagement, conducting a discovery session, or working one-on-one with executives.Born in France and having lived most of my life in Australia, I live in London with my wife and our Whippet. I have a 22-year-old son who is studying IT at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. I have a passion—perhaps even an obsession—with photography and always have a camera nearby. Photography partners well with my love of travel, whether it be walks in the English countryside or street photography in Havana Cuba.I use LinkedIn to sometimes share my thoughts, hear others' perspectives, and support our clients.
