System Analyst, Scrum Master, TQM and CyberSecurity consultant with +20 years developing and leading different projects in public and private sector in different industries such as Electrical, Banking, Social Services, Insurance and Cattle Genetics in Uruguay and abroad.Actually I'm vicepresident at INAU, the uruguayan government institution that defines and implement the child protection policies, with +20.000 collaborators and the 5th public budget.At INAU I'm promoting the management improvement through the incorporation of TQM and technology in all the organization processes. I'm also promoting the strengthening of INAU's information security management, due to the historical lack of investment in this area and some attacks we've suffered lately. We are developing the first national network for child protections services, starting the implementation of security standards as well as developing applications on top of it.
