CurrentMy Role:• Based on daily Service Desk tickets provide support to all IT managed 100+ Computers and equipment/systems onboard.• Setting up Oracle Fidelio SPMS on computers / tablets in cruise port terminal for Guests check-in during embarkation as well as configuration of systems responsible for credit card linking and providing support to all IT related issues to maintain optimal Uptime and timely embarkation.• Managing Microsoft Server 2019 Active Directory, Users & Group Policies, Domain Controller and administration.• Resolve Passenger & Crew WiFi internet connectivity related issues, complaints, upgrades and cancellation / refunds using ICafe Manager of provider.• Install & Support 50+ POS terminals using Oracle Micros - Simphony POS Systems and daily monitor them using DameWare Remote. • Responsible for setting up Laptops with Fidelio Security Check-In for Gangway Operations and providing required reports if needed.• Maintaining and configuring Access Points, updating firmware, and timely monitoring uptime.• Monitoring of 30+ VMware VMs on two physically hosted Server Racks. • Fix CCTV issues and monitor if system is up and recording all the time.• Provide TV support by fixing satellite coverage issues & channel tuning.• Perform daily, weekly, monthly procedures as per operations manuals and document changes.• Troubleshoot and Patch LAN network connectivity issues using Fluke network tools. • Installation, Support and maintenance for all types of printers: Paper, Card, Thermal, Badge, etc. • Monitor/Maintain critical revenue generating systems related to Shore Excursions, WiFi, Entertainment, Bar, Photo etc. • Configure and support company Kiosks and Advertisement Screens with timely updated information.• Support and maintain Cruise PMS software: Oracle Fidelio OHC SPMS.• Perform daily VSAT, 5G & Starlink Satellite/Internet speed and ping checks and send reports to the Bridge/Company and respective provider NOC.
