Created a culture of work with young professionals and summer internships to boost their collaboration, leadership and presentation skills to make their summer entertaining, challenging while learning new technologies, business development and networking with a purpose.The program started in 2014 with 3 volunteers young interns that develop a new business concept for mobile payments. In 2015,year we increased to 10 interns; and 10 young professional mentors with a huge success in proposing a new way to to do AT&T retail showrooms and tech ideas to increase saving for HighSchool. This 2016, the program triple in participation with 8 different new ideas; this Discovery Program has set the lead standard on borderless collaboration, leadership and new ideas. The program is overwhelmingly accepted and plan to expand to more AT&T campus.

You will see him running with a lot of people in Chastain Park every Tuesday.Aldrin has completed: Triathlons Experience: 2 Sprints, 6 Olympic, 11 Half IRONMAN,5 Full IRONMAN Marathons Completed: 10 MarathonsCertifications: CPR CertificationBackground: Aldrin is native from Mexico. He had played football since he was 6 years old until he ended college. In 2005, Aldrin was hired by an international firm and gave him the opportunity to work abroad in Atlanta. In 2006, he joined Get Fit Atlanta and trained for his first marathon. Aldrin was happily honored as the “Newbie of the Year” in 2006. In 2007, Aldrin jumped to the adventure of doing Half Ironmans and other triathlons. With a lot of hard training in 2008, Aldrin completed his first Ironman in Louisville, KY. After that Aldrin has spent vacations while completing ironmans like Lanzarote'10, Wisconsin'10, Louisville'13, Boulder'14 In 2009, Aldrin completed dozens of Half Ironmans, Olympic triathlon, many century rides; and dozens of marathons.Aldrin will start training for his 6th Ironman in Barcelona 2016.
