● Track non-conformance of material and maintain documentation toobjectively gauge supplier performance, identify issues and collaboratewith suppliers/subcontractors to work towards improvement.● Verify and validate corrective and preventive actions implemented bysuppliers.● Participate as a member of the material review board for the review anddisposition of supplier related non conforming material and liaisebetween the organizations management and the supplier.● Interact with the QA team to understand customer specific qualityrequirements, work closely with the incoming inspection personnel todevelop inspection methodology and guide them on continuousimprovement.● Assist R&D in the qualification of new supply sources, parts and review ofchanges to existing parts● Collaborate and assist the procurement and inventory team incommunicating with the supplier regarding the delivery and inspection ofthe parts.● Ensuring the parts meet external legislation related to safety andenvironmental standards.
