Aldrin Tando is the CEO & President of Aldiron Hero Group, an Indonesia-based conglomerate with businesses in Real Estate Development and Property Services, Defense & Security, Health & Wellness Tech, International Trade, Mining and Agriculture, and Education. Aldiron was established in the late 1960’s and was the pioneer of modern shopping centers in the mid 1970’s. Since then, they have pivoted their main business of property to become the backbone of the group, while branching out to other industries and lines of business. Aldrin in particular has and currently develops real estate throughout Indonesia, from sites in Jakarta (Indonesia's capital) to Palembang, and other cities. Aldrin received his education from accredited universities such as UC Berkeley, UC Los Angeles, and the University of Washington. Outside of Aldiron Hero Group, Aldrin is also Chairman & Chief Instructor of the Shotokan Karate International Federation in Indonesia, where he has led his team to victory on multiple accounts in championships such as the World Championship, Asian Games, SEA games. In addition, Aldrin also hosted the Karate World Championship in Jakarta in 2016 and Bali in 2000. Aldrin has served as part of the Chambers of Commerce for over 20 years since 1996, served as Excom and an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), was a member of the JCI (Junior Chambers International) and Hipmi (Young Entrepreneur Indonesia). An avid golfer, karateka, biker, horseback rider, fisherman, and scuba diver. He loves being in the outdoors and investing.
