Shopee connects shoppers, brands, and sellers across Asia and other fast-growing markets, empowering anyone to buy and sell anywhere and at any time. --------------------------------------------Main Responsibilities:• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best suited talents on board• Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from designated business unit to understand the needs and execute the recruitment process• Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various job platforms• Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates• Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders• Manage and maintain recruitment dashboard to keep the internal reporting up to date

• Administration Test (Kraeplin, Pauli, TIU, BAUM, HTP, DAM) of firearms for policemen or non-policemen• Scoring test (Kraeplin, TIU) of firearms for policemen or non-policemen• Supervise of Computer Assisted Test for policemen
