worked as advisor to the Minister of Commerce and Industry for real estate development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His responsibilities were include: Regulating the real estate trade industry in the Kingdom with the aim of occupying a leading position in this eld, Strengthening the capacity of real-estate trade and protect the interests of stakeholders through the development & effective implementation of policies thatcontribute to sustainable economic development.

He also served as Secretary of the Committee for the off-plan sales, which is one of the latest programs in support of the real estate development industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Mr. Al Duhaim was the Chief Operating Officer at TanmiyatGlobal, Dubai, appointed to turn around the Investment firm’sailing projects in worst affected business areas. With an investment portfolio of up to US$ 4 billion, Abdullah managed to lead a change management initiative that led to huge reduction of cost, restructuring of debt and the setting up of prudent policies and systems to stabilize the company as well as chart a positive growth trajectory for the firm.

Following the 2008 global financial crisis, Abdullah Al-Duhaim was appointed as the global COO to turn around the Investment firm and enable it to deal with the after-math of the. Within 3 years, Abdullah Al-Duhaim managed to lead a change management initiative that led to reduce cost, restructuring of debt and setting up prudent policies and systems to deal with the financial crisis.

Abdullah Al-Duhaim was appointed as the CEO of Tanmiyat Holdings (Turkey) which was a subsidiary of Tanmiyat Global. His task was to setup an office from scratch establishing a regional branch for Tanmiyat with viable businesses and investments. Abdullah Al-Duhaim thrived with the new challenge and shown extreme adaptability to the new culture and new work environment and was able to successfully setup a regional firm that is thriving today.

As head of investor relationships, Abdullah developed quality customer service skills which enabled him to rise quickly in the firm. His tasks involved providing information of new investments to potential customers, manage customers’ in- vestment funds, and market new initiatives to existing customers.
