SENIOR AUDITOR July 2009 to present- Overseas the work of Audit Semi-seniors and assists them in the preparation and finalization of reports.- Reviews the work of Audit Semi-seniors in performing financial audit at the same time issues follow-up instructions to areas where audit procedures are deemed inadequate;- Identifies significant accounting and auditing issues and resolve the same;- Reports to Audit engagement managers and partners concerning the results of audit fieldwork; and- Prepares auditors' report, clients' audited financial statements, income tax returns and related schedules required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission, where applicable.AUDIT SEMI-SENIOR June 2007 to June 2009- Reports to Audit engagement managers and partners concerning the results of audit fieldwork; and- Prepares auditors' report, financial statements, income tax returns and related schedules required by the BIR and the SEC, where applicable.AUDIT STAFF June 2006 to May 2007- Obtains knowledge of client's business and industry, regulations affecting the client, and identification of audit procedures in verifying the fairness of the client's financial statements;- Performs evaluation of the client's internal accounting structure to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement;- Conducts financial audit for the purpose of expressing an opinion on whether a client's financial statements are fairly presented;- Performs audit process using the most up-dated professional techniques and procedures and provides technical accounting advice and assistance;- Develops and communicates to client constructive suggestions to improve the existing internal control system and other areas related to the system; and - Takes part in the preparation of the auditor's report, financial statements, income tax returns and the related schedules required by the SEC.
