- Monitoring and ensuring the operational team functions smoothly and efficiently.- Developing strategies with internal teams to drive sales growth.- Designing and executing promotional activities on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia, Lazada, JD.ID, Bukalapak, and Blibli), including product development, bundling promotions, and other initiatives.- Managing inventory and buffer stock, as well as overseeing store decoration and visual layout on e-commerce platforms.- Recording and integrating sales data from e-commerce platforms into internal systems (Omni Channel and Accurate Online).- Establishing and maintaining strong communication and relationships with e-commerce PICs/RMs.- Conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and evaluating competitors.- Preparing weekly sales reports, including data on sales performance and product returns.- Holding meetings and coordinating with external parties (suppliers/manufacturers) to plan and implement promotional programs on e-commerce platforms.
