I actively contribute to shaping Medical Affairs objectives by: • Developing medical tactical plans to support assigned products and therapeutic areas. • Establishing KOLs engagement plans, that include mapping, identifying and engaging experts in therapeutic areas (such as medical oncologists with breast cancer and ADCs expertise).• Executing medical education activities, such as international advisory boards, webinars and scientific publications, such as peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts and poster/oral presentations. • Planning, developing and implementing real-world evidence generation plans for post-registration and investigator-initiated studies.• Collaborating with the Regulatory Affairs department to support global regulatory activities and working with the Business Development department to assess licensing-in projects.• Developing and managing the Medical Affairs budget

I actively contributed to shaping Medical Affairs objectives by:• Developing and implementing post-registration study plans, aligned with the medical tactical plan. • Assesseing investigator-initiated study proposals and facilitating successful implementation of the approved studies in onco-dermatology and cancer supportive care, ensuring timely project completion.• Coordinating clinical operations for a phase 4 multinational clinical trial in Europe and China, including study start-up, site selection, investigator meetings, budget management, CRO oversight and risk management. I also designed the study protocol and prepared/reviewed, with other company functions, regulatory documents for submission in China. • Collaborating with Pharmacovigilance department to revise and update annual PV documents (e.g. DSUR, PSUR).

I contributed to Medical Affairs objectives by:• Collaborating with medical writing agencies to produce timely and accurate scientific publications, including peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts and poster/oral presentations. • Assessing research study protocols in onco-dermatology and cancer supportive care, contributing to decision-making process and shaping post-registration studies strategies. • Collaborating with the Marketing department to revise promotional materials. • Executeing training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.

I contributed to Medical Affairs objectives by:• Managing non-profit clinical studies in cancer supportive care, overseeing study documentation, contracts and drug supply, and collaborating with KOLs, and commercial partners. • Implementing therapeutic area-specific plans and publication strategies. • Collaborating with the Pharmacovigilance department to manage unsolicited medical queries from healthcare professionals. • Collaborating with the Marketing department to prepare and revise promotional materials.• Coordinateing internal training programs for Sales Reps.

The research focused on Human Molecular Genetics discoveries within the following studies:• Gene identification causing inherited brain neurodevelopmental diseases• Identification of somatic mutations responsible for tumorigenesis and metastasis in brain tumours (mostly paediatric tumours).
