I´m a Co-Founder and CEO of 3ClicksRH, an HRTech company that enhances the HR area in their challenges of digitization, simplification and improvement of the employee experience, leveraging company and people results. With over 25 years of experience in HR, I have led and supported several initiatives to transform and optimize the HR function, aligning it with the strategic goals and culture of the organization. I´m an obsessed person about the power of Executive Compensation, their goals and impact on companies strategy, creating an consistent agenda to deliver short, medium and long term results to the company, individuais, stakeholders and society. My core competencies include designing and administering executive compensation and benefits, short and long-term incentive plans, sales incentive plans, HR systems and solutions, payroll administration, health and safety, union relations, people analytics, M&A, HRBP, culture transformation, talent development, mentoring, coaching, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and data-driven decisions. I am also passionate about investing in startups with a focus on People & ESG, as a member of FDC Angels, and teaching and mentoring HR senior professionals, as a board member of Live University and other companies who oversees HR & Compensation Commit to create value through the HR Function on a long term basis.
