In carrying out my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I performed the following tasks:- Identify and attract IT candidates through job postings, databases, social media and events.- Review resumes and online profiles for suitability based on company requirements.- Conduct video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.- Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical leaders.- Administer technical tests and maintain candidate records in ATS.- Stay updated on IT trends and recruitment best practices through market research.- Promote company culture and values to build the employer brand.- Track recruitment metrics: time to hire, offer acceptance, and costs.- Identify process improvements and propose enhancements.- Collaborate in creating Recruitment KPIs and goals (Rocks).
