• Monitoring the compliance with all the contractual obligations by Cosapi and the client.• Monitoring the compliance with the commitments entered into by Cosapi and the client during coordination meetings.• Act as a link and coordinator between the Project Manager, the Project Team and other Departments of the company in respect to the process of structuring and managing subcontracts.• Regularly report the status of the management of the project subcontracts to the Project Manager and to the Department of Contract Management at the headquarters.• Coordinate the development of the project subcontracting plan.• Coordinate the tender process for each package (invitation, assessment and award of the concession).• Participate in coordination meetings with the subcontractor and register the agreements and communications between Cosapi and the subcontractor.• Register the changes of the subcontract; identify potential changes which might be necessary; coordinate actions for minimizing the impact for Cosapi and the subcontractor.

• Consulting for private tenders with mining companies.• Draw up Civil Works Subcontracts.• Draw up contracts (equipment leasing with suppliers, civil works contracts, sale and purchase contracts, supply contracts, contracts of assignment for use, commodatum contracts, IT contracts, banking contracts, among others).• Municipal and administrative procedures (SUCAMEC, OSINERGMIN).• Contract negotiation with suppliers, clients (mining companies) and financial institutions (Banbif, Interbank, Banco Financiero, among others).• Support the Litigation Department (labor and civil procedures).

• Knowledge of Health and Occupational Safety Laws.• Municipal and administrative procedures (INDECOPI, SUNAT) specific to the company.• Strategic Planning of Training Programs in Industrial Security for mining companies, government agencies and others.
