May 2019 - Present

Victim Witness Assistant

Dunn County District Attorney'S Office

Using WI state statutes and legislature, I guided victims through the criminal justice system by ensuring their rights were addressed throughout the pendency of each case. I reduced victim-related trauma by providing information, support, and advocacy for victims of crime and acted as a referral agency for other services for which victims may be eligible. Contact was intiated by phone and mail at the beginning of the Court process and maintained only if the victim wished to do so. I also assisted the prosecuting attorney with prepping the victims and witnesses for testimony at hearings and trials, included lay witnesses and law enforcement, children and adults alike.

Apr 2016 - May 2019

Administrative Assistant

Regis Catholic Schools

Provided support and communication for the administration under the direction of the Principal and Dean of Students. Established and maintained student records. Compiled, composed, and distributed flyers, information, and other materials sent home weekly. Maintained attendance reports per state statute. First contact with parents, students, faculty, staff, and all others in communication with the school.

Aug 2012 - Jun 2016

Dance Team Coach

Regis High School

As the head coach, I coordinated practice, performance, and competition schedules to the satisfaction of all team members, parents, and administrators. I ordered/designed all costumes and apparel, enrolled dancers in classes, and contacted choreographers for routines. I organized various fundraisers to help pay for all expenses, and hired and managed a full coaching staff. I planned and hosted the largest competition in the Eau Claire area, which included hiring and paying judges, organizing a volunteer schedule, ordering and organizing concessions and admissions, planning the itinerary, and being the site director and contact for all attending teams. My main focus as the coach was preparing the team for various competitions at the local, regional, state, and national levels, and facilitating a disciplinary environment that allowed the dancers to learn responsibility, accountability, maturity, time management, and self-confidence.
